Well, following Richard's suggestion, here it is again, only this time with some Gaussian Blur. And also some Australian Beer, but let's not go into that.
Now I'm not sure which version I prefer. I think I may have overdone it.

Glad to see there is another electron abuser !
ReplyDeleteIt may be a bit OTT, however gives you a good feel for creating fake bokeh.
Not sure how many layers you used, looks like two but you can use mutiple layers and also add a sharpen layer in on the key object as well if you want.
Make each layer a copy and then abuse that layer all you like, you can blur, sharpen, erase bits and alter the opacity all litle tweaks to tune the final image.
Fingers crossed I get a chance to take mine this weekend.

Or you could just use a nice lense and a low f stop and get the real deal in a single layer!!
